First of all, thank you for giving Your Credit Specialist the opportunity to service your credit issues and needs. You have made the first step in going forward to a better credit and financial future! Our process: Upon sign up involves ordering your credit reports from all three major credit reporting agencies.. Once we receive your reports we will immediately begin your dispute process which involves correcting any erroneous or un-verifiable information on your reports. We will counsel you and remain in close contact with lenders to layout the best plan to achieve your credit goals within the shortest period of time. By law the credit reporting agencies and creditors have 30 days to respond to any disputes. You will receive the updated information or reports at your home. At that time you are to mail or email the responses from the credit bureaus to us and on a continuous basis. We will also determine if our client has positive credit and if additional steps need to be taken during the dispute process either by lowering their current credit balances or if additional credit is needed during our process. It is absolutely imperative that the client does not do anything to cause their credit score to be lowered or affected in a negative way during our process, such as not paying their current credit accounts timely or applying for credit.
